Dru’s New World

I know I didn’t post anything about Earth day yet and although you think I am late I have a good excuse.
I sat there in my dark room looking at my pen and paper thinking of something to write for my blog. The candle light danced on the walls but seamed to think the paper was a little to dangerouse to dance on. All power to my house was gone, all heat was turned off, the radio was the sweet sound of a 4 year old in the next room singing about a good fairy bopping something in the head. Everything around me was peaceful and quiet. The leaky faucet that drove me nuts was finally quiet, the hum of all 5 computers silenced the cell phone couldn’t ring or vibrate. The only sounds in the house were the monkeys jumping on the bed after the good fairy turned the field mice into something, (couldn’t quiet hear it though the wall)
Ash was actually reading for her book report, excited about how she can save the earth she has extended the Keep the TV and Computers off to the whole week.
So you see while most people in the blogsphere were sitting on the computers typing thier post about saving the world, I couldn’t because I didn’t even have a computer on.
